F** Ixora Management

mother f**k ixora management,
first of all..
here is the case..

make it simple

LAST FRIDAY
i go for bill payment,
SHE is the one who handle me,
i say i want to pay whole year payment,
it get 7% discount,
SHE said,
i can't get discount of 7%,
because i am later than the due date the management propose to me,
well it is understandable because i didn't full fill the condition of payment,

but...
i able to get 4% of discount payment,
for WHOLE YEAR,
yea that's what SHE told me,
and she double confirm with her manager,
MR. LEE,
whoever stay ixora should know of this dog manager MR.LEE,
and YES, that's the answer,
so since she confirm with her boss,
and also gave me 4% discount payment,
alright, so finish...

TODAY
phone call wakes me up,
"excuse me is this Nai Jun, please approach to ixora management office,
cause your bill payment had some PROBLEM"
by the way,
before i been to office,
i already forecast, what the hell is going on,
and i was right... wakaka!
must be the payment of the discount rate 4% should only applied for half year payment,
(4% discount entitle if u do half year payment)
and the other payment beside the half year discount payment,
should consider as full payment...
and a guy name STEVEN,
HE served me, explain to me this that bla bla bla,
but i don't really need to listen because i knew that,
all HE explain in the end is, i have to pay more lo,
and require me to return the previous receipt to them,
what else to do...

so,
argument started,
i denied to pay for extra,
cause it is not my mistake to give me discount rate,
i just follow the payment SHE propose to me,
and i did my payment already,
i even get my receipt already,
since it is benefit to me, what for to pay extra?

then,
STEVEN act as my mummy to teach me a lesson,
but the funny things is...
HE really sis sis, like girl, ain't man like me at all xD
HE emotional pointing u in the same time with his hand and finger swinging around,
can u imaging that reaction?
say that i this attitude very bad la this that la,
and he claim that HE is very politely explaining the issues to me,
well that true but that's no need in our expectation as customer,
since that's HIS duty as service firm,
but teaching me but calling me YEIK NAI JUN,
saying that i very bad attitude, because i already late for payment (that's right)
but wow! that's cute! HE call my full name!!!!
at least call me MR.
my name is special, don't speak it loudly.
I don't see the service is polite, cause speak your name in FULL without a MR.

all i want is an apologize from the management,
very simple, and i will do all the payment, no problem
because, first of all,
SHE is an inexperience front officer,
cause she is new, then she gave me 4% discount for whole year payment instead of half-year,
but HER mistake is nothing to do with me,
plus SHE already confirm with MR.LEE the dog manager too,
and i get the RECEIPT as well,
from here we can see the transaction already closed.

and that STEVEN won't say sorry,
cause HE keep mention SHE is new,
so SHE dunno,
what do u mean SHE dunno?
f**king management,
SHE dunno is non of our business,
management send a non professional officer to deal,
that's their problem,
so is your mistake to send someone who DUNNO.
u mistake but still denied to apologize,
i ain't asking their personal sorry,
just i already assume HE the STEVEN in the office dealing with me,
therefore HE is representing management of Ixora Apartment,

wahaha.. anyway,
i am very satisfy to see STEVEN girlish face to scold me,
his impatient anger spread out,
really funny,
but...
and i don't have time to create trouble,
just want to stay in peace,
i ain't USA people, what also fight for right,
sue this sue that, optimistically let it go,
except big amount la...
so at last i just pay the extra 50 bucks, case closed!

this is based on True Story,
so my friend,
they still assuming u should pay for extra,
will you?
or fight for the right not to pay for extra since,
transaction closed, and already had receipt in your hand as well!

in conclusion, THE SERVICE OF IXORA MANAGEMENT sucks!
that's what we can conclude..
